Welcome to Stod Fold Supper Clubs , one off events celebrating the finest of local produce in our intimate pub setting.

Join us to taste a selection of what West Yorkshire has to offer, working with award winning butcheries, Stod Fold Brewery and independent producers.

 

5 Course Menu

Drinks pairing available with hand selected wines exclusive to each night and menus tailored to Stod Fold Brewery’s staple ales and ever changing list of feature ales.

START

lamb noisette, pea & mint ketchup

CURED

lamb ‘noughts & crosses’ pea, lemon, basil, mint, beetroot, port

SEARED

lamb rump, aubergine, leek ash, pomegranate, creme fraiche

BRAISED

pale ale, lamb breast, scallop, caramelised cauliflower, fava bean, granola

FINISH

tonka bean pannacotta, soy, orange, toffee

7pm, for 7.30pm start
